Setup Evaluator - Performance analyzer

Model for retro analysis and correlation obtained performance/used setup (bills of materials/production line configuration):

  • Through the implementation of
    multiple linear regression, E-CUBO rovides tips about impact of single parameters used in production phase (e.g. materials, plant setup).
  • This model is suitable for getting relationships among production plant configurations according both Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and energy performances.
  • By using simple graphics, E CUBO shows impacts (positively or negatively) of a specific parameter of a configuration setup.
The performance evaluation module analyses obtained performance, ie, the energetic and production KPIs correlated to adopted setups, environment and system variables*. A setup is a set of elements relating to the specifications of products and production lines:
  • Plant recipes and work parameters for each machines
  • Bill of materials of products and technical component specifications, ie, physical parameters (sizes, weights, viscosity, voltages, resistances, …)

The retro analysis process is configured for managing multiple factors, for example:

  • Environment parameters like temperatures, humidity, atmospheric pressure and brightness
  • System parameters like electrical distribution quality, phase analysis and eventual peaks and/or anomalies
  • fHuman factors, so shift resources starting from obtained performances from previous periods

Thanks to the analysis module, it is possible to understand how multiple factors interact both in relation to system performance and in combination between them.
