Overall Equipment Effectiveness Module

The system provides a wide set of functionalities for precise and efficient calculation of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

OEE is performed for:

Entire production line
Single machine
Working shift
Product or Customer

The system offers detailed reports for OEE elaboration in time intervals.

Performance reports can be generated automatically and sent to a list of receivers via mail with a configured frequency.

OEE could be shown in plant monitors as real time operator infographics for the sharing of current shift or batch performance.

Components which affect OEE factor (Quality, Availability, Performance) are completely customizable (e.g. microstop threshold, rejection channels, stop causes).

Energy performance

E-CUBO provides a module for monitoring and analysing over energy consumptions. KPIs are calculated according to international standards starting from stored raw data and shown in clear dashboards. The combination of provided functionalities by energetic and batch management modules offers a detailed analysis of energy consumption: the energy consumption without production data is not sufficient to identify intervention areas to improvements. A single platform permits to collect data from heterogeneous sources and generates a wide analysis of energy consumption by correlation of multiple factors (e.g. product categories, production performances and plant setups).
